What was initially going to be a pool cleaning and testing service run (like a lawn mowing business) – one man and a ute, quickly grew and soon became a much bigger venture than Scott & Lee had initially envisaged. Over the years it has grown and developed into what it is today ‘Sapphire Wetwork Pool & Spa’ with a retail store at Tura Beach and an infield service team.
Our award winning retail store – opened in May 2005, winning SPASA NSW Pool Shop of the Year in 2006 within 18 months of opening, going on to win again in 2013, and National Pool Shop of the Year Runner Up in 2014. Our high standard of customer service has also been recognised with the awards of SPASA NSW Retail Person of the Year 2012 and 2013 and National Retail Person of the Year 2014.
Our infield service division – has grown from that ‘one man and a second hand ute’ to a team of three fully equipped vehicles, undertaking a full scope of pool services, repairs and installations, covering a large portion of the Bega Valley (or the Sapphire Coast as it is also known), from Bega to Murrah in the north, to Eden in the south – and everywhere in between. In 2023 new owners purchased the business. Corey brings a wealth of knowledge with over 15 years in the construction industry.
While the business continues to grow it will remain a family owned and operated business, Sapphire Wetwork prides itself on providing personal friendly expert service. Always striving to keep up to date with new products and industry developments, ensuring our customers always receive the best products, service and information available.
The future is bright for Sapphire Wetwork Pool & Spa with further expansion planned in the future.
