Gold Regular Service:

Our Gold Regular Service is suited to clients who need their pool to be maintained and serviced regularly.

This service is provided for the months of September to May inclusive, with a mid-winter service in July.

Cost -$58.50 per visit (plus chemicals)

Inclusions:

Onsite computerised water analysis, check equipment – empty baskets (skimmer & pump), backwash filter/clean cartridge, clean cell, adjust timers and output as required.

Chemicalisation of pool – chemicals are an additional cost, charged only for the quantity needed (at a discounted bulk rate where available).

Optional Extras:

Vacuuming is not included as part of our regular service but is available as an optional extra (when conducted in conjunction with the regular service) at a cost of $35 per half hour labour (normally $88 per hour – 1hr minimum

Terms and Conditions of Regular Service Agreement
- This service agreement is for a 12 month period from the 1st of September to the 31st of August each year, and unless cancelled in writing will continue each year thereafter.
- Once entering into an agreement of service, individual regular services cannot be cancelled, however this service agreement can be cancelled with 30 days prior notice in writing.
- If a service is scheduled but declined by the customer on the day, the service charge will still apply. By prior mutual agreement between Sapphire Wetwork and the Pool Owner, the service date can be changed either as a one off, or for the year.
- Monthly services are conducted every four (4) weeks, however during times of public holidays and inclement weather etc, this may alter slightly.
- Service Package availability is limited.
- Prices are reviewed annually and may be subject to increase.
- Submission of this digital form is considered to be acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
